Davis Polk advised Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. in connection with its $100 million notes offering. The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the $200 million notes issued on December 9, 2019.

Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. is a domestic investment bank in the PRC, principally engaged in securities and futures brokerage, margin financing and securities lending, securities investment advisory, securities proprietary trading, asset management, agency sale of financial products, security underwriting and sponsorship and other business activities approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
