Davis Polk advised the solicitation agents in connection with a solicitation of consents by Times Property Holdings Limited from (i) the holders of its 10.375% senior notes due 2017, (ii) the holders of its 12.625% senior notes due 2019 and (iii) the holders of its 11.450% senior notes due 2020 to certain amendments under the indentures governing such notes.

Headquartered in Guangzhou, Times Property Holdings Limited is one of the leading property developers in Guangdong Province of the PRC, focusing on the development of mid-market to high-end residential properties. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
