Toronto-Dominion Bank $3.3 billion notes offering
The investment-grade debt offering consists of four tranches
Davis Polk advised the lead managers on an SEC-registered offering by TD Bank of $1.4 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.568% senior notes due 2026, $550 million aggregate principal amount of its floating-rate senior notes due 2026, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.783% senior notes due 2029 and $350 million aggregate principal of its floating-rate senior notes due 2029, under its medium-term notes program.
