The investment-grade notes are due 2034

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with Trane Technologies Financing Limited’s SEC-registered offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.100% senior notes due 2034. The senior notes are guaranteed by Trane Technologies plc, Trane Technologies HoldCo Inc., Trane Technologies Americas Holding Corporation, Trane Technologies Global Holding II Company Limited, Trane Technologies Lux International Holding Company S.à r.l., Trane Technologies Irish Holdings Unlimited Company and Trane Technologies Company LLC.
