Davis Polk advised the solicitation agent in connection with a solicitation of consents by Valaris Limited from the holders of its senior secured first lien notes due 2028 to certain amendments under the indenture governing such notes.

Valaris Limited is a provider of offshore drilling services across all water depths and geographies. Operating a rig fleet of ultra-deepwater drillships, versatile semisubmersibles and modern shallow-water jackups, Valaris has experience operating in nearly every major offshore basin.
