Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 1,800,000 shares of Veritiv Corporation’s common stock by UWW Holdings, LLC at a price to the public of $54.85 per share. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VRTV.”

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Veritiv is a leading North American business-to-business distributor of print, publishing, packaging and facility solutions, and also a provider of logistics and supply chain management services. Veritiv operates from approximately 170 distribution centers primarily throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, serving customers across a broad range of industries.
