Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $136 million SEC-registered offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock of Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. sold by the selling stockholders. Victory is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “VCTR.”
