We advised Vinci Partners on its IPO and Nasdaq listing

Davis Polk advised Vinci Partners Investments Ltd. on its $250 million initial public offering of 13,873,474 Class A common shares, all sold by Vinci Partners. The Class A common shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “VINP.”

Vinci Partners is a leading alternative investment platform in Brazil established in 2009, with over R$46 billion of assets under management.

The Davis Polk capital markets team included Manuel Garciadiaz, Drew Glover and Claire A. Bacon. The tax team included Kiara L. Rankin and Dov Sussman. Sarah E.
