Davis Polk advised the financial advisers to Watford Holdings Ltd. in connection with Watford’s direct listing of its common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The common shares are listed under the symbol “WTRE.”

Based in Pembroke, Bermuda, Watford is a global property and casualty insurance and reinsurance company with approximately $1.1 billion in capital and with operations in Bermuda, the United States and Europe.
