WMG Acquisition Corp. $300 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and the initial purchasers in a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $300 million principal amount of senior secured notes due 2023 of WMG Acquisition Corp., a subsidiary of Warner Music Group Corp.
