We advised Yellowstone on the acquisition

Davis Polk advised an affiliate of Yellowstone Real Estate Investments on its $185 million acquisition of 1740 Broadway from an affiliate of Blackstone Inc. 1740 Broadway is a 26-story office building located between 55th and 56th Streets in Manhattan, one block from Billionaire’s Row. Yellowstone plans to convert portions of the building into residential condominiums.
