Davis Polk is advising Yintech Investment Holdings Limited in connection with its acquisition by a consortium led by its founders for $0.365 per ordinary share or $7.30 per American depository share in a Cayman Islands short-form merger. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2020.
