Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Zhenro Properties Group Limited of its $300 million 6.7% senior notes due 2026.

Zhenro Properties Group Limited is a large comprehensive property developer in the PRC focusing on the development of residential properties and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties. Zhenro Properties Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
