Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Zhenro Properties Group Limited of $200 million 8.350% senior notes due 2024.

Concurrently with the notes offering, Davis Polk advised the dealer managers in connection with a cash tender offer by Zhenro Properties Group Limited for any and all of its outstanding 10.500% senior notes due 2020.

Zhenro Properties Group Limited is a property developer that focuses on the development of residential properties and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties in China. Zhenro Properties Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
