We advised the initial purchasers on the Regulation S offering of senior notes, issued under Zhenro’s green bond framework

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Zhenro Properties Group Limited of its RMB1.3 billion 7.125% senior notes due 2022. The notes are being issued as “green bonds” under the issuer’s green bond framework.

Zhenro Properties Group Limited is a large comprehensive property developer in the PRC focusing on the development of residential properties and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties. Zhenro Properties Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
