Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers, in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Zoetis Inc. of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.000% senior notes due 2030 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.000% senior notes due 2050.

Zoetis is a global leader in the discovery, development, manufacture and commercialization of animal health medicines, vaccines and diagnostic products with a focus on both livestock and companion animals.
