Davis Polk captured top rankings for legal advisors across multiple categories in the 2024 syndicated and private credit lending league tables from LSEG LPC, Bloomberg, Debtwire and KBRA Direct Lending Deals.

Highlights of Davis Polk’s 2024 league table rankings include:

  • LSEG LPC: Ranked top five in 21 of 22 global and U.S. syndicated loans categories, including overall, leveraged and M&A financings. Advised on 240 syndicated loan financings totaling over $494 billion, ranking the firm second in both U.S. lender overall counsel and U.S. lender leveraged counsel (by volume).
  • Bloomberg: Ranked top five in most global and U.S. syndicated loans categories, including second in both global and U.S. lender overall counsel (by volume and count) and second in U.S. lender leveraged counsel (by volume and count).
  • Debtwire: Ranked top five in eight of 12 North America syndicated loans categories, including second in lender counsel (by volume) for leveraged loans, M&A leveraged loans and institutional loans.
  • KBRA Direct Lending Deals: Ranked second in U.S. direct lending for lender counsel and fifth in U.S. direct lending for buyside counsel.
