Corporate Governance 2019
International Comparative Legal Guide: Corporate Governance 2019, Twelfth Edition
Davis Polk Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance group co-heads Joe Hall and Betty M. Huber served as contributors for the 12th edition of International Comparative Legal Guide: Corporate Governance 2019, authoring the “ESG in the US: Current State of Play and Key Considerations for Issuers” chapter.
This chapter describes the rise of passive investing, what top asset managers’ views are on ESG, ESG disclosure regimes, ESG raters and ESG ETF offerings by the top three asset managers and the expected growth of that area due in part to demand by millennials.
