The Guide to M&A Arbitration: United States

Davis Polk partner Frances Bivens and Vannin Capital LLC Managing Director E. Alexandra Dosman authored the United States chapter for the first edition of The Guide to M&A Arbitration. The book, published by Global Arbitration Review, provides guidance on preventing and managing M&A disputes. It both addresses planning and procedural issues related to M&A disputes, from drafting clauses to structuring contracts to minimize the potential for disputes, and provides a geographical survey of important differences in national law that may affect the outcome of a dispute.
