In the article, they discuss the draft of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2023, which was published and laid before Parliament on November 27, 2023. Once enacted, these regulations will replace the EU-derived Prospectus Regulation and accompanying instruments that currently provide the framework for public offers of securities and admission of securities to trading in the UK.
