IFLR Bankers’ Counsel Poll: European Capital Markets

The recently published December/January 2014 edition of International Financial Law Review (IFLR) magazine included the results of a poll of in-house legal counsel at some of Europe’s top investment banks and financial advisory firms, carried out in association with Davis Polk, and an interview on the findings with Marc Teasdale, Head of the UK Listing Authority.

Will Pearce and Dan Hirschovits of Davis Polk’s London office provided input to the poll and commentary on the findings that highlight some of the key issues facing the European Capital Markets in 2014.
