Donald Bernstein, emeritus Chair of Davis Polk’s Restructuring practice, and Tim Graulich, partner and head of international restructuring, served as contributing editors to the 12th edition of Insolvency (formerly The Insolvency Review) and authored the “Editor’s Preface.” In addition, Donald, Tim, counsel Josh Sturm and associates Stella Li and Destiny Reyes authored the “USA” chapter.
