As of 9 a.m. EST today, companies can begin verifying their corporate data to make sure that ISS has the most current information for when the proxy advisory firm launches its new version of its corporate governance ratings system, dubbed QuickScore 2.0. The window to confirm company data will close at 8 p.m. EST on February 7.

On February 18, ISS will reveal companies’ scores to their clients and include them in proxy research reports. There is little information as to what has changed, at least until the technical document is issued, which is expected later this week.
