2011年10月12日、連邦準備銀行、FDIC（連邦預金保険 公社）、OCC（通貨監督局）は、ボルカー・ルール施行の規 制案を公表した。ドッド=フランク法は、これら3つの金融規 制当局のほか、SEC（証券取引委員会）とCFTC（商品先 物取引委員会）とが協議し合い、銀行が自己勘定取引を 行う能力を制限する規制を導入するよう求めている。
