He also counsels boards, special committees and management teams in connection with shareholder activism, proxy contests, unsolicited takeover offers and corporate governance matters. He has advised U.S. and international clients across industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, energy, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, consumer and retail, industrials and financial services.
