Brian advises private equity sponsors, private funds and strategic clients on a full range of transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, capital raising transactions, joint ventures and corporate governance matters.
Brian was previously Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Pegasus Capital Advisors, an SEC-registered investment adviser, where he oversaw all legal and compliance matters for the firm, was a member of the Investment, Valuation and Sustainability Committees, and sat on the boards of several of Pegasus’s portfolio companies.
