Danielle advises clients on the federal income tax aspects of a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnership investments, initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions, reorganizations, and other complex transactions. She also has experience representing clients in tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Tax Court.
