She advises financial institutions, issuers and investors on the structuring, negotiation and execution of a broad range of equity-linked transactions. These include public and private convertible and exchangeable securities offerings, investor hedging and monetization transactions, margin loans secured by equity securities of publicly traded companies, and various over-the-counter equity-linked corporate derivatives.
