Jack advises U.S. and international clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, investments, carve-outs, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He has experience advising clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions and financial services companies, technology and fintech platforms, and pharmaceutical companies. He also advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of investments, leveraged buyouts and minority investments.
