Jose advises U.S. and non-U.S. corporate, private equity and investment banking clients on cross-border M&A and debt and equity capital markets transactions, both on an SEC-registered and unregistered basis. These transactions include IPOs, private placements, rights offerings, tender and exchange offers, SPACs and investment-grade, high-yield and convertible debt offerings.
He also advises U.S. and non-U.S. corporate clients on U.S. securities law compliance, corporate governance and SEC reporting and disclosure matters.
Expansión recognized Jose among its “Top 10 Young Lawyers of the Year” four years in a row, most recently in 2024.
