Justin advises major U.S. and international banks, fintechs and cryptocurrency firms on a wide range of financial regulatory matters. He is experienced in advising on the full range of regulatory requirements for digital asset and cryptocurrency activities, including securities and derivatives, banking, money services and cryptocurrency specific laws such as the BitLicense. His practice also focuses on strategic bank regulatory advice, financial regulatory reform, the Bank Holding Company Act and bank regulatory considerations in connection with a variety of transactional matters.
Justin is a member of Stablecoin Standard’s Advisory Board and a Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association Presidential Task Force on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies’ Subcommittee on Payment Services and Systems.
