Kris is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices. He advises a wide range of U.S. and international private equity funds, public and private companies, and boards of directors in connection with complex mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, investments, going private transactions, joint ventures, de-SPACs and other corporate transactions. He works across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, technology, retail and energy.

Kris previously spent four years practicing in Hong Kong.
