Nicholas A. Kronfeld

Nick represents U.S. and non-U.S. clients on equity and debt capital markets financing and restructuring transactions, corporate governance and securities regulatory matters. His non-U.S. practice is focused on Spain and Latin America.

The American Lawyer named Nick a “Dealmaker of the Year” for his work on Santander Mexico’s $4.1 billion global stock offering in 2012. He has represented Banco Santander and its other publicly traded subsidiaries in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Puerto Rico and the United States. Other public company clients have included Banco de Bogota, Citizens Financial Group, Corpbanca, Enersis, Falabella, FedEx, Greenhill, Grupo Aval, TGLT, Toyota Motor Credit and Triple-S Management.
