Nick represents and advises owners, developers, funds, lenders and other financial institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. These include data center projects, infrastructure projects, acquisitions and dispositions, construction and development projects, hospitality and gaming industry projects, partnerships and joint ventures, and ground leases. Nick also has experience in all types of real estate-based financings, including commercial mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings, preferred equity investments, distressed asset workouts and restructurings.
