Phillip’s practice focuses on the taxation of partnerships and joint ventures. Philip has significant experience in the formation, operation and unwinding of these arrangements as well as representing clients in tax controversies.

Phillip is an adjunct professor at New York University School of Law, where he has taught partnership tax courses for over 20 years, and is a former member of the New York State Bar Association Tax Section’s Executive Committee. Phillip has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at tax conferences.
