Davis Polk partner Adam Shpeen has been named an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts. The list recognizes the most accomplished corporate restructuring lawyers under the age of 40.

Adam was recognized for advising on restructuring matters for Diebold Nixdorf, Mitel Networks, Party City, Bed Bath & Beyond, Cineworld Group and LATAM Airlines.

Honorees will be recognized at Turnarounds & Workouts’ annual Distressed Investing Conference on November 27, 2023, in New York.
