Davis Polk partner Adam Shpeen was named a “Rising Star of 2023” by Petition for his outstanding work advising on a number of restructuring matters over the past twelve months. Some of his notable representations included advising an ad hoc group of first-lien lenders and unsecured noteholders in connection with Air Methods’ chapter 11 restructuring as well as an ad hoc group of first-lien noteholders in connection with Party City’s chapter 11 proceedings.
