Daily Journal has named Davis Polk partner and Northern California co-head Alan Denenberg to its 2021 list of “Top Health Care Lawyers.” The annual recognition honors leading California lawyers who specialize in health care litigation, transactions and counseling. Daily Journal recognized Alan for his role advising on a number of health care and life sciences IPOs, including Maravai LifeSciences, GoodRx, Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Bolt Biotherapeutics, Sight Sciences and Terns Pharmaceuticals.

In an interview on the outlook for IPOs, Alan told the publication “There’s an incredibly busy run of IPOs lining up…appetite remains high and next year’s first half looks very busy.”
