Davis Polk partner and Northern California co-head Alan Denenberg has been named to Daily Journal’s 2023 list of “Top Health Care Lawyers.” The award honors California’s top lawyers focusing on life sciences, insurance claims, transactions and regulatory compliance within the health care field. The Daily Journal highlighted Alan’s role on Maravai LifeSciences Holdings’ $1.86 billion IPO, Hillevax’s $200 million IPO and Dynamics Special Purpose Corp.’s $230 million IPO. The profile also noted his role serving as  lead counsel to the underwriters on a several follow-on offerings by Revolution Medicines and as lead counsel in Dynamics Special Purpose Corp.’s business combination with Senti Biosciences.
