The Daily Journal has named Davis Polk partner Alan Denenberg to its 2019 list of the Top 100 Lawyers in California. The annual list recognizes the leading lawyers throughout California across a variety of sectors, including private practice, academia and public service.

Head of Davis Polk’s Northern California Office, Denenberg was recognized for his work on major M&A and capital markets deals. The Daily Journal highlighted his role advising on IPOs for Uber, CrowdStrike Holdings, AssetMark Financial Holdings and ShockWave Medical.

The 2019 Top 100 Lawyers in California were featured in the September 18, 2019, issue of the Daily Journal.
