Davis Polk Northern California office head Alan Denenberg was quoted in the Financial Times discussing approaches to solve problems that can arise in traditional “lock-up” periods. Denenberg noted that some solutions can mitigate investors waiting to realize their capital gains, which could relieve a large amount of selling in a small period of time.
