Davis Polk partner Cheryl Chan was named to The Deal’s “2020 Top Women in Dealmaking” list. The list recognizes women who have displayed excellence in their respective legal fields, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and activist investing. The list also takes into account mentorship, work done to advance gender diversity and thought leadership.

The honorees were named on January 25, 2021.
