Davis Polk partner and Restructuring co-head Damian Schaible and partner Brian Resnick were named “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers” by Turnarounds & Workouts. The list recognizes attorneys who handled the most significant and prominent restructuring matters of the past year.

Damian was recognized for his roles advising on matters including Washington Prime Group, Ruby Pipeline and Fieldwood Energy’s chapter 11 restructurings, as well as Incora in connection with a new money and uptiering refinancing transaction.

Brian was recognized for his work on matters including restructuring proceedings of Dean Foods, Service King Paint & Body and Ector County Energy Center, as well as Elliott Investment Management’s acquisition of Paper Source’s assets and business operations.
