Damian Schaible to be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy

Davis Polk partner and Restructuring practice co-head Damian Schaible will be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, an honorary public service association of the United States. Damian is among 37 nominees being honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice. Fellows include business and consumer bankruptcy attorneys, judges and other government officials, corporate turnaround specialists, accountants, financial advisors, academics, and other professionals who are experts in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency both in the United States and internationally.

Damian will be inducted into the College’s 36th Class of Fellows.
