Davis Polk partner Dan Kahn was quoted in Anti-Corruption Report from a recent TRACE International webinar discussing key bribery and corruption enforcement activity in 2023 and the expectations for FCPA enforcement in 2024. He also addressed recent guidance released by the Department of Justice.

“This past year has been a much more active year on the enforcement side in terms of what we have been seeing,” Dan explained. “You see the DOJ taking the lead in criminal prosecutions of individuals and the SEC viewing itself more as a regulator focusing on the corporate side.”
