Davis Polk partner David Schiff has been named an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts. The annual list recognizes the most accomplished corporate restructuring lawyers under the age of 40.

David was recognized for advising on restructuring matters for Enviva, Instant Brands, Samarco Mineração, Monitronics, Talen Energy, Oi, SVB Financial and Pretium Packaging.

The honorees were recognized in the April 2024 issue of Turnarounds & Workouts.
