Davis Polk bolsters Investment Management practice with addition of Chris Healey in Washington DC
Davis Polk today announced that registered funds practitioner Christopher P. Healey has joined the firm as a partner in the Investment Management practice in Washington DC.

Chris is a rising star in the registered funds space who brings deep market knowledge and significant experience in both transactional and regulatory work. In addition to addressing a strategic objective for our Investment Management practice, Chris is key to the buildout of our corporate presence in Washington.”
Mr. Healey advises clients on a wide array of registered fund products, including BDCs, closed-end funds and interval funds, as well as on complex asset management M&A transactions and innovative Investment Company Act regulatory matters. He has represented many of the leading sponsors and investment managers. Prior to joining Davis Polk, Mr. Healey was a partner in the Registered Funds practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Mr. Healey received his B.A. from Tufts University in 2006 and his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2011.
