Davis Polk lawyers selected for LCLD’s 2022 Fellows and Pathfinder programs
Davis Polk Civil Litigation counsel Mari Byrne, Financial Institutions associate Kendall Howell and Mergers & Acquisitions associate Katey Peardon have been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) prestigious Fellows and Pathfinders programs. Mari will serve as Davis Polk’s 2022 LCLD Fellow, and Kendall and Katey as the firm’s 2022 LCLD Pathfinders.
Designed for mid-career attorneys, the LCLD Fellows Program looks to increase diversity at the leadership level of the nation’s law firms and corporate legal departments. The goal of the program is to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training and relationship-building opportunities.
The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed to train early-career attorneys in critical career-development strategies, including leadership and networking.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is made up of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners, working to build a more open and diverse legal profession.
