Davis Polk lawyers selected for LCLD’s 2023 Fellows and Pathfinder programs
Davis Polk M&A counsel Shanu Bajaj, Litigation associate Kennedi Williams-Libert and Corporate associate Ali DeGolia have been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) prestigious Fellows and Pathfinders programs. Shanu will serve as Davis Polk’s 2023 LCLD Fellow and Kennedi and Ali will serve as the firm’s 2023 LCLD Pathfinders.
Launched in 2011, LCLD’s Fellows Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of this program is to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities and access to LCLD members, such as managing partners and general counsel.
Designed for early-career attorneys, the LCLD Pathfinder Program provides Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is made up of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners, working to build a more open and diverse legal profession.
