Davis Polk lawyers selected for LCLD’s 2024 Fellows and Pathfinder programs
Davis Polk Restructuring associate Stephen Ford and White Collar Defense & Investigations associates Jennifer Kim and Chautney Oluwole have been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) prestigious Fellows and Pathfinders programs. Chautney will serve as Davis Polk’s 2024 LCLD Fellow and Stephen and Jennifer will serve as the firm’s 2024 LCLD Pathfinders.
Launched in 2011, LCLD’s Fellows Program is designed for high-potential, mid-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of this program is to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training and relationship-building opportunities.
Designed for early-career attorneys, the LCLD Pathfinder Program provides Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is made up of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners.
